Reggie Spivey
Reggie Spivey is the Chief Operating Officer of Tec-Masters, Inc., with over three decades of pioneering contributions to aerospace engineering and space exploration. He began his career at Teledyne Brown Engineering, working on programs such as Spacelab and the International Space Station (ISS), and later led key microgravity investigations like SUBSA and PFMI aboard the ISS. As Vice President of Teledyne’s Space Systems Business Unit, he oversaw a 450+ member team supporting NASA’s Space Launch System (SLS) and ISS operations. Now back at Tec-Masters, he spearheads innovation through projects like MaRVIn, contributing to the company’s legacy of over 750 delivered flight hardware items and 80,000+ hours of ISS operations. A two-time Auburn University mechanical engineering graduate and licensed pilot, Mr. Spivey has earned numerous accolades including the NASA Silver Achievement Medal and AIAA Engineer of the Year. He serves on Auburn’s Mechanical Engineering Advisory Board and is an active leader in the aerospace community through the AIAA, AAS, and the National Space Club
